Our system effectively manages any non-conformances to ensure that any issues that arise are dealt with effectively and in consultation with the client.
All of our Client Services Managers are equipped with tablet technology that allows them to have instant access to client and site information including specifications, previous audit and inspection results and client communication. Our tablets also allow for immediate distribution of inspections to clients as well as effective electronic communication whilst away from the office.
