THE FINER DETAILS

We guarantee you will enjoy a hygienic working environment and your office buildings and tenancies will be kept neat, tidy and clean. The small details and finishes will be attended to in cleaning your office spaces (open plan or enclosed), receptions areas, stairwells, plant rooms, high traffic areas (foyers, escalators and lifts), kitchens, public areas including toilets, and carparks.

We are the only company currently offering chemical-free cleaning in South Australia and the Northern Territory, using environmentally friendly cleaning products that are GECA (Good Environmental Choice Australia) accredited. Our clients are increasingly mindful of minimising their environmental impact and providing a healthier workplace for building occupants, and we have a range of options to suit.

YOUR OWN CLEAN TEAM

Our services are available during business hours or after hours. Commercial property monitoring is an option if you would like to have our cleaners present all day to attend to any urgent cleaning requirements, such as spills.

Your commercial cleaning program can be combined with our other specialised services to create an all-inclusive, value-for-money package, incorporating window cleaning, carpet cleaning, waste management and recycling, hygiene and sanitation, and supply of consumables. You can determine your cleaning schedule with us, then rest assured that we will take care of everything.

When we begin our contract with you, we will discuss your requirements and compile a detailed list of specifications for your site. You can make amendments to your site’s specifications at any time during our contract by discussing your cleaning needs with your Client Services Manager, and the specifications will be updated and provided to our staff.

TAKING PRIDE IN OUR WORK

We employ our own cleaners, which ensures we have more influence over the way they work and keeps the staff accountable to us. Our cleaners are fully trained, and all hold a current National Police Clearance. We can also ensure that staff obtain any specific clearance or induction requirement that you may require, such as specific government clearances. The cleaning specifications that we set out with you are an important part of the site induction process for our staff, and form the basis for site inspections throughout the term of our contract. Cleaning inspections are completed electronically via our contract management software, Templa CMS, and results can be reported electronically by emailing you directly upon completion.

We pride ourselves on being well presented with identification badges and company issued uniform. The time our staff spend working at your site is managed by checking in and out from our Time and Attendance app.

Confidentiality is also important in our relationship with our staff and clients and, as such, all staff are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement at the commencement of employment.
