Of the innovative services that we have introduced, we are most proud of our chemical free cleaning services. These services are delivered through the use of the Tersano Lotus® Pro Stabilised Aqueous Ozone cleaning system. Furthermore, we are currently the only cleaning company in South Australia and the Northern Territory that offers these services.

This system is quite incredible as it requires only regular tap water and a power source to create the world’s most effective chemical-free commercial cleaning agent. The secret to the system is Aqueous Ozone, which is created when electricity is applied to regular tap water adding another atom to the oxygen molecule in the water. The result is Aqueous Ozone (O₃), a powerful cleaner and sanitiser that has countless benefits for the cleaning company, cleaner and building occupants. The downside of aqueous ozone is that the O₃ molecular structure only holds for a minimal amount of time. This is why the Tersano Lotus® Pro system first stabilises the tap water before the O₃ is created resulting in Stabilised Aqueous Ozone in which the O₃ holds its molecular state for up to 24 hours.

Stabilised Aqueous Ozone is so powerful that it kills 99.95% of bacteria being up to 50% stronger than bleach and chlorine-based cleaning products and it works 3000 times faster at eliminating germs and contaminants. Odours, stains, mould and mildew are no match for this 100% chemical free cleaning agent.

Because it is chemical-free and contains no toxins or carcinogens and leaves no chemical residue, Stabilised Aqueous Ozone can be safely used in any environment – from education to healthcare and even hospitality. This incredible green cleaning agent can be used to sanitise any surface or material including toilet bowls, benchtops and linen and is even safe enough to be used to clean fruit and vegetables. It has to be the safest and healthiest effective commercial cleaning option for any person, especially those with chemical sensitivities or allergies that can be triggered by chemical residue.

From an operational perspective, by using Stabilised Aqueous Ozone, chemical usage and cost is drastically reduced over time and cleaning efficiency is significantly increased by reducing the need for rinsing, chemical handling, mixing, storage and training. It’s 100% chemical-free nature also means that minimal safety training is required for commercial cleaning staff and it is obviously much safer to use on a regular basis. By producing and using a 100% chemical-free cleaner that is created on-the-spot and on-demand, we can eliminate pollution, packaging, fuel consumption, toxic residue and fumes, smog, greenhouse gases and more. Many commercial cleaning products are either powerful but toxic, or earth friendly but less effective. Stabilised Aqueous Ozone is powerful, eco friendly, and cost-effective.

After the stabilisation period (up to 24 hours), the ozone safely returns to its original state of oxygen and water. This means that there is no toxic residue left behind once cleaning is completed.
